In this video, Andy Fox and David Hill provide an overview of the Coastal Dynamics Design Lab in NC State University’s College of Design. The lab, co-directed by the presenters, organizes and leads trans-disciplinary research and design teams to address critical ecological and community development challenges in vulnerable coastal regions and shoreline communities, with a concentrated focus on Eastern North Carolina and the Mid-Atlantic coastal plain.
Andy Fox, FASLA, PLA, is a professor, University Faculty Scholar and community engaged faculty fellow with NC State’s Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning.
